On Sunday night I made a Veggie Omelet for my dad and I. It's like a veggie crepe from the crepe masters, but in omelet form instead of crepe. I took onions, red bell peppers, pesto and sautéed them. Then I whisked two eggs and cooked them. Then I threw the onions, bell peppers, pesto, and arugula onto the omelet. I squeezed some lime on and bam! It was the best omelet I've ever had (actually it's the only omelet I've ever had).
On Monday night we made our famous homemade pizza with new homemade tomato sauce (by "new" I mean this is the first time we've made tomato sauce). It was awesome. Summer camps are going well. Last Friday on my last day of fencing camp, at Nellya Fencers. I got second place. I beat everyone except the first place guy, he was undefeated.
